What payment terms are available ?

Your payment by an irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T remittance (wire transfer) in advance is accepted for our first deal with you. Currency : Japanese Yen or US Dollar Delivery terms : Ex-godown , FOB , C&F or CIF If you want other payment terms, please let us know so that we will be able to consider and study.

How long will the shipment take ?

It will depend on the available vessel schedule from Japan to your convenient port. Generally it will take about 1-3 weeks after receiving your firm order and payment by L/C or T/T remittance for boarding on vessel.

Is there any warranty ?

Generally the deal of used equipment does not include any warranty to the machine of"AS IT IS" condition, defects in materials and workmanship and also Product Liability and its insurance. If the used machine is reconditioned and repaired, the limited warranty may be informed for the machine.

Can you supply spare parts for used equipment ?

We can supply most spare parts including Genuine , Imitation or Reconditioned.
